Braintrust
As a Project and Production Manager with Braintrust, I performed Learning Experience Design to dramatically improve the incoming talent user onboarding flow.

Audit and Brainstorm
The existing incoming talent user onboarding flow was a random smattering of un-gated, open source, public facing information and events.

Built by the Talent for the Talent
Incoming talent users contributed to an extensive library of crowd sourced Pro Tips.

Color Pallet
A limited pallet chosen from the Braintrust brand kit guidelines created a mini-brand within a brand, so Braintrust Academy could have its own, special, look.


Ux Research
The MVP wave Braintrust Academy modules had a high level of “drop-off” and a low level of course completions. We analyzed “drop off” metrics and other user feedback to iterate on critical failures, and prioritize necessary fixes.

Results
I produced 5 Braintrust Academy Modules then optimized the whole product’s performance to decrease “drop off” rates, and outpace preceding iteration success metrics by 25% to 35% each quarter, quarter over quarter. The product saved the team at least 12 hours a week, and thousands of dollars. All and all, my Learning Experience and onboarding design products helped us:
