At CyberEd.io, I led product strategy and execution for onboarding and activation systems that helped customers quickly understand and adopt complex cybersecurity workflows. My focus was designing self-serve guidance, in-app onboarding pathways, and user feedback loops to accelerate time-to-value and drive sustained engagement.

Audit and Brainstorm
The existing style-guides, templates, and platform were outdated and clunky, attempts to improve the brand marginally and incrementally over time led to many brand inconsistencies.

Quick, lean, data analysis, persona generation, user flows, competitive analysis and mood boards.

Color Pallet and Style Guides
A quick analysis of competitors in the space inspired a “Netflix Vibe” for our color pallet and style guides.
