As a Product Designer for CyberEd.io I focus on strategy, then design and implementation of a revolutionary two pronged solution that monitors employee behavior for cybersecurity compliance and educates as necessary to support areas of critical risk.
As Senior Instructional Designer for the Sales Enablement Team, I streamlined sales enablement, improving onboarding efficiency by 75% and contributed to doubling ARR to $400M.
As Project and Production Manager at Braintrust I helped scale user growth from 2,500 to over 58,000 and increased talent earnings from $5M to over $80M.
As UX Lead on 2021 New York Aikikai Website relaunch, I performed Learning Experience Research to inform overall customer experience, user journeys and the website redesign.
As the Social Studies and Media Production Teacher with FlexSchool, I built “cloud campus,” offerings, which included 50+ robust and prefabricated modules. The high quality student work output was then fodder for FlexSchool marketing initiatives.
As Moderator for Preschool on the Planet I migrated all analog content online, kick-started the CRM ecosystem, and published the MVP Website.
